He didn't particularly despise low ranks, he too was a low rank when he first got his rank, Everyone starts somewhere. Once he heard Ahko getting the G rank, the first ever documented G rank in the world setting in as the new lowest rank. He didn't hate her or anything like that but what he saw was a business opportunity.

At first, he doesn't care about Ahko, but then from his guards and connections, people humiliate and bully her just because she's the lowest rank and she can't do anything to protect herself except her parents who are both C ranks.

An idea comes up in his head. First, he buys a bunch of thugs to ambush Ahko's parents and kill them, then once that is finished he wouldn't need to worry about anyone trying to protect her. Since Ahko is the first ever G rank, many people come to Priya to see her but most of them don't care about her mental or physical well-being. They come, maybe laugh at her or just take a look at her then ignore her, but there are more perverted people that took a chance to grope her.

And so, Ken's business idea comes up. He told his guards to kidnap Ahko and put her in a shed in an alleyway where little to no people walk from the alleyway. There he set up for the men who want to satisfy their desires. It was successful at first and he make a lot of money from doing it, but the more Ahko's genitals were used the more complaints he was getting, either because her breasts are too sagged or her pussy is too loose.

After months of this business practice, he decided to kill her in order to hide this unlawful business. He hired 4 men to finish the job but strangely they never come back. Ken thinks they still using her since she is a beautiful girl, but he them to kill her not for them to use her for their desires. This day, he wants to contact one of them and he already orders one of his guards to check in on her, but then suddenly.

"Sir! Sir! Sir!"

A guard barged inside Ken's office in a panicked state, his breaths are hasty and he's carrying a sack with blood all over it. Ken is caught off guard by the guard just storming inside his office while he's doing paperwork.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa... Calm down... What happened and why are you holding a sack into my office?"

Ken seeing the sack having blood over it thinks it is the dead body of Ahko, and covers his nose. The smells are so rancid he almost yelled at the guard to get the thing out of his office. Then the guards emptied the sack revealing the 4 men he hired decapitated.

His eyes widened, those 4 men weren't strong or anything, at most they were D ranks. This couldn't be an accident, their necks cut cleanly like using a sword to cut their heads, so was someone protecting Ahko. Someone, who is clearly C rank or higher, protecting that little girl?

"Tell me what happened."

"Uh-Uhm.. Since Lord ordered me to check in on that girl, I went to the shed and the door was wide open! I rushed to the shed thinking she somehow escaped or maybe these 4 men helped her escape. But when I went in there, there 4 men... decapitated and she is nowhere to be found."

This is getting even more confusing. He thought they were killed maybe outside the shed but instead, they were inside the shed. The door is always locked and only Ahko is in the shed. She couldn't possibly kill them, she had no weapon or anything she could use as a weapon. She escaped is definitely a possibility given she was nowhere to be found in the scene, so there is someone protecting her.

"I see... well, get these heads off the floor and come in when there is new information about that girl."

"Yes sir!"

The guard grabbed the heads and walked out of the office, closing the door behind him. Ken sits back and leans on his chair, this whole operation is going to get busted, but since she's a G rank and has no connection, she can't get any proof against him, what he's worried about is someone is protecting her and that they can get him arrested.

"Ahko... You are one lucky girl.. Let's see how long it takes for me to catch you..."

The gates stood tall, many guards stood by the gates some checking everyone who entered the city or left the city. A merchant's wagon getting inspected to make sure there are no illegal goods in it. Ahko has to be slow and cautious, one wrong mistake and her cloak's hood will fall off and reveal her horns.

Ahko walks up to the gates but before she is allowed to step inside a guard stops her in her tracks. Ahko's nervousness kicks in, but understand that this is a normal procedure.

"Can I see your ID or do you have an adventure ID?"

The guard didn't seem to notice her horns, but she didn't have her ID since it was probably in the shed or stolen.

"N-No... I don't have an ID but can I still get in...? Please...?"

The guard shook his head.

"No can do miss, we must see your ID before you can get into the city."

"Uhm... Can I pay with coins instead?"

"You have 50 silver coins?"

"I have."

"Hand them over."

Ahko grabs a handful of silver coins from the pockets and puts them in the guard's hand.

"There."

"Huh? You not gonna count them?"

"Keep the change."

"... Alright you can go."

"Thank you."

And with that Ahko successfully enters Priya City. The City is as lively as she remembers. Without wasting anytime she immediately goes to the alleyway the shed is.

When she escaped, the shed was opened, but this time the shed was closed. She knows someone has caught up to the 4 men that she killed. She silently walks to the shed, sensing no one's around she opens the door.

The smell is very horrible even she has to cover her nose. But the dead bodies weren't found anywhere.

"At least someone cleans up the bodies."

She continues walking to the center of the shed, the absence of light in the shed really makes it hard for her to see much. After some searching around, she finally found what looked like a card, she dusted the dirt from the card and took it.

The card is very dirty, covered by blood, and also almost ripped apart. Ahko can barely see her old picture.

"Alright... This should be fine."

Ahko goes back to the outside and closes the door behind her. She took a step outside the alleyway and took a deep breath knowing she will not go to the shed ever again. She then walks to the adventure guild.

Once arrives the building looks the same as ever, she enters the guild, and goes to the mission board, there many adventurers, alone or with a party looking around the missions they want to take. Ahko, like the others, looks at a few of the papers pinned to the board.

"Hmmmm..."

[Take down the wind wolves that have been rampaging my chickens!]

Ahko grabs the 2 papers and goes to the receptionist.

"Welcome!! How can I help you?"

"I would like to take on these missions."

Ahko puts the 2 papers on the desk, the receptionist takes a look at the 2 missions, then gazes at Ahko while tilting her head. She look around seeing no one near Ahko.

"Uhm... Where is your party?"

"I'm gonna take them myself."

"By yourself!?"

"Yes."

"You telling me... You gonna destroy the dungeon... by yourself!?"

The word spread like wildfire, everyone in the guilds heard about it in a matter of minutes. Some are shocked at what they just heard, while some stare at Ahko in admiration, but not few people criticize her or doubt her ability to destroy the goblin dungeon alone.

"She's gonna destroy the goblin dungeon all by herself!?"

"Wow... She must be a very high-rank girl..."

"Even if she's strong, she still needs a party. There's no guarantee she'll be back with only minor scratches."

"Heh, cocky bitch. Look, she gonna die a day when she gets there."

Ahko stares at the receptionist who is still in shock.

"Is there a problem?"

While Ahko is getting her card, the receptionist staring at Ahko in awe, a lone adventurer gonna take a mission to destroy the goblin dungeon. She must be a B rank or even higher! It's rare to find a B rank in this city.

Once she takes a look at Ahko's card. Her heart starts to beat fast. She quickly gazed at Ahko as if she saw a ghost. She keeps comparing the picture on the card and Ahko.

"A-Ahko! Y-You are alive!?"

The receptionist didn't scream loudly this time in order to not attract more attention to Ahko than she already was.

"What do you mean, Lydia? I'm always alive."

"That voice! She's definitely Ahko! How come I didn't hear it at first!?"

"U-Uhm... Since you disappeared months ago... I thought that you were dead... But why are you wearing a hood on?"

"... To not attract any attention... You did see what happened after you screamed that I'm gonna destroy the dungeon alone."

"O-Oh... R-Right... Wait a minute, you are a G rank! You can't even fit to go anywhere alone!"

"Don't worry about it... I'm much more capable than I was months ago."
